Ready-to-Wear clothing (Off-the-Rack) comes style detailed and sized to fit as many people as it can. While we offer alterations on the Ready-to-Wear items in the store, there are those of us who want something different and those of us who will not fit into the RTW collections without an act of the tailoring gods.
Stock Singles / Made-to-Measure / Custom offer an extensive level of garment construction and a myriad of choices of different cloths. Based upon an existing try-on garment, orders are typically a two fitting process. Initial fitting in a try-on garment and measurements followed by a second fitting to fine tune the fit. All styling details can be personalized to fit any range of taste, not just Notch vs Peaked lapels, but also lapel width and placement on the pattern. Pockets, Vents, Shoulder Type, Trouser Styling, etc., may all be chosen. Would you like to make it a three-piece? Add a second pair of matching trousers to a suit? No problem! All within a turnaround time of 6-8 weeks. Alteration adjustments are kept on file for all subsequent orders. Stock Singles are perfect for wedding parties looking to have everyone coordinate in matching or similar outfits.
The term “Bespoke” is often overused in today’s world. It its truest form, a Custom (Full-Bespoke) garment is hand-sewn from a pattern drafted entirely from an individual’s own body measurements. The true empitome of what a custom garment can be, no detail is too small, and with multiple fittings culminating to the final product, no garment will ever feel closer to a second skin. Turnaround time for initial orders is 8-12 weeks, involving 3 or more fittings. Once the individual’s pattern is on file, unless major changes to the body occur, followup orders are closer to 6-8 weeks. Created entirely by hand, Bespoke is for the distinctive individual who requires the perfect fit in their own personal taste.
